Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted (e.g., pre-orders or made-to-order apparel).

Shipping Methods

We use USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and product type.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for carrier delays, misdeliveries, or packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost, contact the carrier first. We will assist where possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders cannot be rerouted once shipped.
